Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 05/02/26.

We at Routine Labs are working to make our site Routine Lab accessible to people with disabilities.

Routine Labs is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Routine Labs aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are currently working toward full conformance and acknowledge that some areas of the site may not yet fully meet this standard.

Technical specifications

Accessibility on routinelab.org relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Our website is built on the Wix platform, which provides baseline accessibility features including keyboard navigation, semantic structure, and screen reader compatibility.

Known limitations

While we work toward full compliance, the following limitations may exist: some images may be missing alternative text descriptions, some forms may not be fully optimized for assistive technology, and third-party content embedded on this site may not meet the same accessibility standards. We are actively working to address these.

Applicable laws

As a business based in California serving a global audience, Routine Labs is subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, both of which have been applied to websites by US courts. For visitors in the European Union, we recognize the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which came into full enforcement in June 2025.

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of routinelab.org. If you experience any barriers or have difficulty accessing any part of this website, please contact us. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
